Two of Melbourne's favourite duos - Shrimpwitch and Hearts and Rockets- come together for a very special, very limited split 7”, and they’re having a party to celebrate! Head to The Tote Saturday October 13 to catch them both back to back with support from Lubulwa and Spiral Perm. Shenanigans will continue with everyone’s favourite DJ Sik Brown 420.

On one side of the single, you'll find Shrimpwitch's shrimp-charged garage punk masterpiece, Digestion - the first taster of their wildly dramatic debut album (out January 2019). Digestion imparts the aspiring sequel, of sorts, to their 2017 hit Lust For A Kick.

Flip the record to hear Dance Off, the latest from bratwavers Hearts and Rockets. It's a party tune with a middle finger to the dudes at the front.

These two duos don't find themselves on the same release by accident. The songs sound different, but the story remains the same. Lubulwa are set fill the Tote with their spaced out dream pop; incredible lyrics and vocals over wall to wall synths and guitars, punctuated by dancey af basslines and booming drums that sneak up on you when you least expect it.
